Vic, I confess: I AM the third referee all the time :-).
The more I watch it the more my favourite is the part with "their impact factor sucks", and then one of the young ladies : "that is not true, they were well ranked last year" Ha hah hahhh haah hah hahh ah hahh haah! Vic

Let's see, I believe in Economics we have even worse stuff than "open source". Herr Professor could sent there :)a Danish economist
