I have just arrived in Kolding (remember Kolding in winter time? It is even more beautiful now) for a workshop tomorrow, after a short wedding detour to Helsingborg, which looks and feels way more exciting than seen from Hamlet's side of the Øresund (or Öresund, if you fancy Swedish more than Danish). This, in turn, followed some busy days in Cluj --Transylvanian citadel unable to compete landscape-wise with Scandinavian harbours & fjords, but managing instead several decent cafés/wine bars/beer gardens that start to look capable of rewarding one's hard days' nights. At the cost of detail, I'll spare your waiting and tell you upfront that Café Bulgakov won the hard-fought contest, both in terms of atmosphere and food quality (dramatic improvement since a few years ago); where, obviously, '"I'm judge and jury and executioner too'"... If they worked on expanding the selection of Belgian beers--beyond the lovely, but lonely, Leffe--and considered polishing their wine list, I would see them as top contender for the Transylvanian café in Cluj.

Maestre te-am gast in sfirsit pe sit la istia. Nu e rau da' nu te-au pre pus in dificultate, Aron aista nu pare prea descuiet, zic. Io sa fi fost, chestiuni serioase nu asa. Si las-o in pisici Leffa ca o manca Ursusu' :)
Salve , n-am apucat sa-ti dau si raspuns fiind pe drum inapoi catre Chicago. Sunt convins ca intrebarile tale ar fi fost mai bune, culmea e insa ca toata lumea e convinsa de asta :-). Pentru o chestie relativ spontana Ciprian Aron a fost destul de ok. Nu a fost prea mult timp, asta a fost marea problema.. Dar revin mai incolo cu un post detaliat despre ce am spus & extensii, plus ce nu am apucat etc. Cand se va putea. Inclusiv cu link la emisiunea respectiva.
PS. Eu pariez pe Leffe oricand in lupta cu ursii tai (Ursus e ok, decenta. Mais c'est tout). Sau, si mai bine, pe Kwak sau Westmalle (brune, blonde, duble, triple, cum le doresti). Te tine, Nnicule? :-) Ideea era insa referitoare la alegere, la gama de optiuni care ti se ofera. Prefer sa am l'embarras du choix...

If Ana also approuves, it's gotta be right :-). With the mentioned caveat that they can still much improve.
And a website, Cafe Bulgakov needs a website. What is here is bad PR.
